Overnight Bulgur Wheat Breakfast

Bulgur #2 - Soaking isn't quite enough Bulgur #2 was not ready. Not only was there a pool of milk underneath, the grains felt hard (like refrigerated rice) and it was like biting into slightly uncooked grain.

Bulgur #2 - the grains are separate and tastes slightly hard So, then I just poured the contents into a tea saucepan and let the mixture come to a boil. Then covered it with a lid for 5 minutes.

Creamy and delicious cooked bulgur #2 Now, we are talking...Just 5 minutes of cooking just swells the grains and it develops this creamy, delicious hearty texture!! Overnight Bulgur (bulgar) Wheat Porridge recipe with 2 types - Bulgur #1 and #2
1 cup Bulgur (size - #1 or #2)
2 cups Milk (Any kind)

Soak 1 cup bulgur in 2 cups of milk and place it in refrigerator overnight.

For Bulgur #2, soaking overnight is not enough - bring the overnight mixture to a boil, shut off heat and cover for 5 minutes. Then you get a hot, creamy well-cooked porridge.
